To the Honorable Orphans' Court
       for Kent County
                                  We the subscribers having been
appointed by your Honorable Court to view and Estimate the
Annual Rental value of the Real Estate of the Heirs of Jefferson
L. Smyth late of Kent County deceased lying in the
Fifth Election District of Kent County and having entered
upon the aforesaid premises do hereby make the following
report as our estimate of the same

No 1.   A Farm containing Two hundred acres more or less
about sixty acres in wood the balance divided into four
fields poorly fenced one Dwelling house 36 x 18 two stories
with two rooms and Hall below and three rooms on second floor
with Kitchen in fair condition Stable and Granary 30 x 16
with other outbuildings in bad condition and value same at
an Annual rent of one hundred and fifty Dollars $15000

No 2   A lot of Land in the village of Fairlee containg one
third (⅓) of an Acre more or less improved by frame dwelling
16 x 16 two story with Kitchen 12 x 16 story and half also shed
stable and value same at Fifty dollars                  ($5000)

No 3.   Adjoining same containing one third (⅓) acre more or less
improved by frame dwelling 18 x 18 feet two story with Kitchen
12 x 18 and shed stable valued at Fifty five      ($5500)

No 4   Adjoining no 3 containing one third (⅓) acre more or less
improved by frame dwelling 14 x 16 story and half with
shed kitchen and value same @ twenty five dollars ($2500)

And we the undersigned appointed as aforesaid do
hereby certify that the aforegoing is a true valuation
according to our best skill and judgment   Witness our
hands and seals this 15th day of December 1879
