The top of the chimneys also needs repair some of the weather boarding also needs repairing a new sill or entire new frame is needed to one of the windows and new steps at the back door And we estimate and appraise this property at a rental value of one hundred and twenty dollars per year The lot numbered 5 on said plot being situated on the north East side of Cannon Street fronts 36¾ feet thereon and extends back 138½ feet with a width of 40 feet at the back part thereof with a two story frame dwelling thereon which has two rooms a passage and a Kitchen on the lower floor and 4 rooms above also a meat house and a small stable all in tolerably good repair except one new step is needed at the front porch And we Estimate and appraise this property at a rental value of one hundred and twenty dollars per year Each of the preceeding named properties have the use of a Pump jointly with one of the properties which adjoins them The Lot numbered 4 on said Plot being situated on the South West side of Calvert Street fronts 25 feet thereon and extends back 109½ feet with a one story frame dwelling thereon with one room on the lower floor and one above in tolerably good repair except part of the roof which appears to need some repairs. And we Estimate and appraise this property at a rental value of Thirty Dollars per year All of Which we respectfully report and return under our hands and seals this 7th day of October A.
