To the Honorable Orphans' Court
                   for Kent County
                                                 We the undersigned appraisers
appointed by the warrant issued by your Honorable Court to
Estimate and appraise the annual rental value of the Real Estate
of the minor Heirs of the late Jefferson L. Smyth situated in
Chestertown and to return an Estimate thereof specifying its
state of repairs to your Court; having qualified as required by
said Warrant as will appear by reference to the oath of one and
the affirmation of the other of us appended to said Warrant
which is hereto annexed; Respectfully report and return our
proceeding thereunder.  That we Examined the Real Estate of
said minors situated in Chestertown so far as we are advised
or have any knowledge thereof consisting of the three lots of
land with the buildings and improvements thereon which were
allotted to Caroline B. Smyth and Wm. G. Smyth by
the commissioners appointed by a commission issued by
the Circuit Court for Kent County in Equity in a cause
therein between Richard C. Smyth complainant and the
said Caroline B. Smyth Richard A. Smyth Minnie May
Smyth Jefferson L. Smyth and William G. Smyth defendants
to divide certain Real Estate named in said commission and
are designated in the Report and return of the said commissioners
to the said Circuit Court in Equity dated the 10th day
of January 1879 as the lots of land numbered respectively
2, 4 and 5 on the Plots and certificates of their location
metes and bounds which accompanied and formed part of
said report and return

    The lot numbered 2 on said plt being situated on the
Southwest side of High Street adjoining the lots of Mrs Ann Register
J. W. Chapman and Richard C. Smyth fronts 53½ feet on said
Street and Extends back 122½ feet with a two Story frame
dwelling and a Kitchen thereon with two rooms a Hall
and a Kitchen on the lower floor and two rooms on the second
