To the Honorable Orphans' Court of Kent County:

We having been appointed by your Honorable Court to enter
upon, view and estimate and fix the Annual Rental Value of
the Real Estate of John Dwyer late of Kent County beg leave
to make the following Report

          No 1.  This farm contains about 436 acres of land
divided into six fields with about 147 acres of woodland 2
of said fields are to be cultivated annually in rotation in
corn and two in wheat leaving 2 fields as pasture

    The improvements consist of a Dwelling House with three
rooms below and three above with a Kitchen attached and
a loft above all of which is in fair condition

       The Barn is in ordinary repair a Stone meat house
in good order a Horse and Cow Stable also a gear house
and Carriage House in fair condition      There are two
small orchards one bearing apples and the other peaches
but will afford no fruit for sale

          There is a Garden attached to the Dwelling the
fence of which is in medium repair.  The line and division
fences are in a very fair state of repair

    No 2.  Sandy Hill Farm lying near the head of Still
Pond Creek supposed to contain about 143 acres the
land is light and thin 33 acres of which are in wood
and branch the remainder 110 acres is divided into three
fields with one small orchard and a Garden

    The improvements are a Dwelling house in ordinary repair
two Stories high with two rooms below and two above also
one old Tenant house in poor condition a small barn
and Stable under one roof in tolerable repair

       The land so divided into 3 fields is to be cultivated as
follows one in wheat or Rye the other in corn and truck
and the remaining one and woodland for Pasture.  The
fencing on this farm are only in ordinary repair and will
need attention every year

       We have estimated and fixed the annual money rental
value of Farm No 1 at the sum of Six hundred and
fifty dollars ($650) per annum for the years 1880 1881
and 1882.   And we have estimated for the sandy Hill
farm or No 2 the annual money rental of one hundred
and fifty dollars $15000)  making Eight hundred dolls
