the other is in the occupancy of Mr Jesse Dayton & others
and we estimate its annual ^rental^ value at fifty Dollars

Both of these dwellings are in a dilapidated condition
and need repairs to even make them worth what we have
estimated their annual rental value after next year

said appointment and the oath by us taken this Twelfth
day of December Eighteen hundred and Seventy Eight
To the Hon. Orphans Court            Jos. P. Ireland

taken the oath prescribed by Law to appraise the Annual Rental
value of the Real Estate of the late Alexander H. Willson of Kent
county deceased having entered on and viewed said Real Estate
