       To the Honorable
                     Orphans' Court for Kent County

Gentlemen,
                     We the Subscribers duly accredited appraisers
of the Annual Rental Value of the Real Estate of
Walter Legg and having taken the oath prescribed by
Law respectfully submit the following report

      This farm contains about 85 Acres of Land about
65 acres arable the balance in wood   divided into three
fields fencing only ordinary
                                     The improvements consist of a
Dwelling house in ordinary repair, Stable in bad condition
a small building used as a barn   The Garden is
enclosed with a tolerable fence the land is not very productive
According to our Judgment the annual value
Should be one hundred Dollars $100 with one Bush, Clover
Seed sowed and furnished by the Tenant

    At a meeting of the Orphans Court for Kent County held
in the Court House at Chestertowne on the 3d day of December
1878 Joseph P. Ireland and F. Hyland Taylor were appointed
to enter upon and view and estimate the Annual
Rental Value of the Real Estate of Ara M. Gooding late
of Kent County deceased and afterward on the 7th day
of January 1879 the following Report was received and
by the Court ordered to be recorded

    We the Subscribers appointed by the Orphans' Court of
Kent County Maryland to view the Real Estate of Araminta
M. Gooding late of Kent County deceased and to estimate the
Annual value thereof   and further to do what is enjoined by
the annexed appointment

            Do hereby certify that we have valued the Real Estate
of Araminta M. Gooding dec'd and estimate the annual value
thereof at one hundred and twenty dollars

                The property consists of two Dwellings in
the village of Galena with Gardens attached   one of
which is now in the occupancy of Mr James Hix its
