    1 Stable (new) 40 acres of land two of which is in
pine wood
    About 150 Peach trees in ordinary condition
    one ordinarily sized Garden paling in bad repair
    The fencing on said land is in bad repair
    About two thirds of the land is cultivated annually in
rotation.   Estimated at $965.00.   And we fix the annual
rental value at Eighty Seven dollars and Fifty cents

The above is a true Estimate and rental value of the property
above described   As witness our hands and seals this
28th day of February 1878

    At an Orphans' Court held for Kent County in the Court
House in Chestertown in the Thirteenth day of August in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Eight
John Brice and John A. Rollison were appointed to appraise
the Annual Rental value of the Real Estate of for two years of
Henrietta E. Willson late of Kent County deceased.   And on
the 27th day of August 1878 the following report was filed
and ordered to be recorded

    This is to certify that the tillages for the year 1879 will be
as follows:
                For Wheat the Tanvats field front field and Lawn
                For corn,    " Church creek field and apple orchard

For 1880.  For wheat, the Lawn, front field and church creek field
                   "     Corn   " upper field and apple orchard

    Rental value for the year 1879 we estimate at $700

       "         "      "    "      "   1880 We estimate at $650

The farm now occupied by F. T. Willson we estimate the Rental
value at $100 for each year 1879 and 1880

We return the above under our hands and seals this 27th day
