feet square hay loft twenty by fifty feet Cow house twenty by thirty feet
all in good repair; old barn and stable very much out of repair; Meat
house, Carriage house, poultry house and hog house all in good repair
The fencing on the farm we find in very fair condition

By tilling one field in corn and two in small grain we estimate the annual
rental value of the farm at Three hundred and fifty dollars

       We also find on the corner of the farm near the village of Still Pond a dwelling
house sixteen by twenty four ft two stories one room and passage below
and three rooms above stairs   Shed room ten feet wide by twenty four long one
story.   Porch in front of house eight feet wide across the front end of the house
Cellar under the house which buildings are on an unenclosed lot of about
three fourths of an acre of land the annual rent of which we estimate to be
seventy five dollars

             Total amount of rents annually from said Real Estate is Four hundred
and twenty five dollars; there being a widow and four heirs we find George
H. Clark and Joseph S. Clark minors are each entitled to Seventy one dollars
annually
                Given under our hands and seals this thirtieth day of September

    At an Orphans' Court for Kent County held in the Office of the Register
of Wills in the Court House in Chestertown on Tuesday the first day of August
1876 Walter J. Griffith and David Stewart were appointed to appraise
the annual value of the Real Estate of Richard A. Frazier late of Kent County
deceased; and afterwards to wit: in the 19.th day of December 1876   the
following report was filed  and ordered to be recorded

             A True and perfect Inventory of the rental value of the Real Estate
of Richard A. Frazier late of Kent County deceased and appraised by the
subscribers David Stewart and Walter J. Griffith jointly we having first
been legally authorized and having taken the oath prescribed by law as
will be seen by the warrant to appraise and certificate thereon hereto annexed

35 Acres to be tilled Wheat valued at
48      "    "   "     "     Corn      "       "
48      "   in Pasture
