    At an Orphans' Court for Kent County held in the Office of the Register of
Wills in the Court House in Chestertown on Tuesday August 8.th 1876
Henry T. Jump and James S. Harris were appointed to view and estimate
the annual value of the Real Estate of George H. Clark and Joseph S. Clark
minors; and afterwards to wit on the 3.d day of October 1876 the following report
was filed and by the Court ordered to be recorded

             The undersigned appointed by the Orphans' Court of Kent County
State of Maryland to view the Real Estate of George H. Clark and Joseph S.
Clark minors in the hands of Rachel M Clark their acting Guardian and
to estimate the annual value thereof and further to do what is enjoined by
the annexed appointment do hereby certify and report that we have valued the
annual rent of said estate @   That we find each one of said heirs to be
entitled to the one fourth part of the annual rents of the real Estate of Joshua
Clark of Kent County died which real Estate consists of the farm whereon
he died containing one hundred acres divided into four fields two of which
contain fifteen acres each and two eighteen acres each; a ten acre peach
orchard of 800 trees about fourteen years old; about five acres in apple orchard
on which on which is about fifty old apple trees; about five acres of
natural meadow ten acres in wood and timber two acres in lawn and about
two acres yard garden and barn yard.                 The dwelling house on the
farm is eighteen by thirty six feet with two rooms on first floor and two on
second floor garret unfinished; portico in front out of repair kitchen at
the end one story high about fourteen by twenty feet all in good repair also
shed and shed on north side one room below and one above eighteen by twenty
feet very much out of repair.  The out buildings consist of granary twenty
