The fields are to be tilled thirdly. The dwelling is a two story frame building part of it new the other in good repair. The barn with corn cribs attached is new The Stable meat house poultry house carriage house and granary are old and considerably out of repair The Tenant House is new and in good repair The Woodland is set in white and black oak with some chestnut but all the rail timber cut out We the subscribers do certify that the aforegoing is a true and just Inventory and valuation of the rents accring from the real Estate of Richard A Frazier deceased so far as the same have come to our sight and knowledge; and as valued and appraised by us in dollars and cents according to our best Skill and judgment amounting to Six hundred and eighty six and sixty one cents As witness our hands and seals this nineteenth day of December eighteen hundred and seventy six David Stewart (seal) Walter J.
