       At an Orphans' Court for Kent County held in the Court House in
Chestertown on Tuesday September 5.th 1876.   T. W. Russell and A. W.
Sparks were appointed to view and Estimate the annual value of
the Real Estate of the minor heirs of John K. Willis late of Kent County deceased
and afterwards to wit on the 26.th day of September 1876 the following
report was filed and by the Court ordered to be recorded


       By virtue of an order of the Hon Orphans' Court of Kent County Maryland
passed September 5.th 1876 and warrant thereunder; directed to the undersigned
to examine the Real Estate of Frank Edward Willis and Ruth Melvina Willis
in the hands of George Vickers Administrator of John K. Willis late of Kent
County deceased and acting Guardian to said minors  and estimate the
annual value thereof after having qualified under said warrant did proceed
in conformity with the directions therein to discharge the duties imposed
by said warrant

          The said Estate consists of several lots in Chestertown described
and valued as follows

is a lot on Queen Street improved by a two story frame dwelling
being the home dwelling containing two rooms and hall on first
floor and three rooms on second floor with a good dry cellar and
a kitchen attached  Also a stable and carriage house  and a
pump of good water in the yard.  This property is in a fair condition
The Annual value thereof we estimate at one hundred and thirty
dollars

is a lot adjoining No. 1 improved by a double frame house rented as two
separate dwellings; each part contains two rooms and a kitchen on first
floor and two rooms on second floor and one large room in attic  Also
a wood house to each part; in good condition occupied by Mr H.
Rickey and Capt. W. W. Clayton.  We estimate the annual value separately
at one hundred and ten dollars each making for the entire
premises two hundred and twenty dollars

is a part of the "Everitt" lot on the corner of Queen and Bridge
Streets improved by a story and a half frame dwelling with back
building containing five rooms below and three above stairs; in
ordinary repair; with a dry cellar under one half of said house with
pump of water in the yard.  Occupied by Henny Wright, Kitty Blake
