    We estimate the annual value of this property at one hundred
and ten dollars

is a part of "Everitt" lot on Queen Street improved by a small frame
dwelling with room below and room above stairs; in fair repair; occupied
by Joseph Berry colored.  The Annual value thereof we estimate
at forty dollars

is a part "Everitt" lot improved by a double frame house on Bridge
Street occupied as two dwellings each containing one room below
an one room above stairs.  In bad repair.  We estimate this property
at the annual value of fifty dollars
This property is tenanted by Adam Anderson and Mack Williams

is a part of "Everett" lot located on Queen Street and running round
No. 3. to Bridge Street.  Containing about half an acre of land at present
tilled by David Waters, colored.             We estimate the annual rent
of this property at fifteen dollars.

is a lot on Bridge Street nearly opposite No. 5. improved by a frame two
story dwelling containing two rooms below and two rooms above stairs
with a small kitchen:  in fair repair; occupied by John Benton and
Henry Yorker colored as two dwellings.  There is a pump of good water
near the front door.  We estimate the annual value of this property
at eighty dollars

is a lot on Bridge Street adjoining No. 7. improved by a large stable
and carriage house with large loft; also a feed house attached occupied
by Mr. U. A. C. Garrett.  The annual value of this property we
estimate at thirty six dollars

is a lot on Cannon Street adjoining the lot of William Dunn colored
improved by a small story and a half house with room below and
above stairs:  in ordinary repair.  Occupied by Isaac Smith colored
We estimate the annual value of this property at thirty
six dollars

is a grass lot on the upper end of High Street known as the "Tilghman"
lot containing four acres of land more or less  a good pasture lot
the fencing except tract on High Street in good order.  The front fence
needs repairing.  The annual value of this lot we estimate at Sixty
dollars
