             To the Hon Orphans' Court for Kent County:

                         We the undersigned having been appointed by
your Honorable Body to estimate and fix the annual value of the
Real Estate of Thomas Lusby minor having been duly qualified and having
viewed the said Real Estate beg leave to offer this our report:

                      The said minor's estate consists in a one half interest in
the Real Estate of Thomas Lusby deceased which is as follows

          The "Home" farm with Wilson Tract attached (lying in Quaker neck)
and containing in all about one hundred and sixty five acres.  This
property is improved by a Dwelling House and necessary out buildings
all in fair Condition (on Home farm) with a small Dwelling on Wilson
Tract.  And the said property is divided into three fields containing
about fifty acres each.   The Fencing is in bad condition

          The River farm lying in Quaker Neck aforesaid containing
about one hundred and thirty six acres and divided into three
fields.  This farm is improved by a Dwelling House and out buildings
all in very bad condition.  And the fencing is in good condition

       There are about Twenty five acres of the estate is wood
And so have fixed the annual value at Six Hundred Dollars making
the minor's proportion Three Hundred Dollars

    At an Orphans' Court for Kent County held in the Court House in
Chestertown on Tuesday July 18.th 1876.  Richard Hynson and James
A. Pearce were appointed to view and estimate the annual value of
the Real Estate of Francis C. Wickes and Mary E. Wickes minors  And
afterwards to wit on the 25.th day of July 1876  the following report
was filed and by the Court ordered to be recorded


                         To the Honorable Orphans' Court for Kent County;
       We the undersigned being duly authorized by the warrant hereto
annexed and having qualified as by said warrant required to appraise
the rental value of the Real Estate of Francis C. Wickes
and Mary E. Wickes having viewed and examined the said real
Estate do make the following report.   This property is a part of the
lot or parcel of land distinguished on the plat of Chestertown by the
