    The dwelling house and barn are in fair order and repair also
Meat house, Carriage house and yard fence, Stables Cow sheds and
fencing in bad order and repair.   The Farm to be cultivated as
follows  viz;  2 fields in wheat (one of which would be corn ground)
and one field in corn which would make a wheat stubble for corn
every year  The corn ground wheat to be sown in clover for pasture
at the expense of the tenant   The peach orchards to be
well cultivated and trimmed if necessary.   And that the annual
value of said Real Estate is one hundred and seventy six dollars $176
to each of the within named minors: or one hundred and forty six
dollars to each of the within named minors annually with an
addition of one tenth of the annual proceeds of the peach orchards
after deducting the expenses of freight commissions and baskets
or boxes
                Given under our hands and Seals this tenth day of September eighteen
hundred and seventy four.   Sept 10 1874

                     To the Hon Orphans' Court of Kent Co Md

    We having been appointed by your Honorable Body to estimate and
fix the annual Rental Value of William T. and Editha Ann Chaney
(Col) beg leave to offer this our report
                                                          The Tract of land contains
about Twenty Three acres and is divided into five lots one of them is
an Orchard the other four are for grain.  Two of them are now in
Corn.  There is a meadow of about 2 acres and about four acres in
wood; the greater part of it is chestnut   The fencing is in very
good order except the garden.  The Dwelling House is one and a
half stories high with two rooms and a passage on the first floor and
two rooms on the Second and in good repair

    There is a good meat house    The Barn is two stories high and
has a Shed Stable attached to it with room for four horses; both
are in good order.   There is a pump in the yard and we have
placed the annual value at ninety five dollars               ($9500)
