The fencing is in bad condition We estimate the annual rent at value of this tract at Eleven hundred Dollars and would recommend that the corn tillage be limed with about one thousand bushels of lime and that the Stable and Granary be repaired No 2 A Farm containing Three hundred and ten acres and 30/100 (310 30/100) lying on Sassafras river adjoining the lands of Joseph J. Webb and George W. Howard Esqrs called Part of Bennetts Louis This tract is divided into four fields and a Peach orchard of about 4000 Trees of one years growth and about 75 acres of wood & waste land The improvements consists of a Two Story frame Dwelling with two rooms & kitchen down Stairs & three rooms above in bad condition A Stable Granary and Corn Cribs under same roof in bad condition the fencing is also in bad condition We estimate the annual rental value of this tract at Seven hundred and fifty dollars and would that the condtilage (corn tillage) be limed with about twelve hundred bushels of lime and that all the buildings and fencing be repaired.
