100 at four hundred and Thirty Seven 25/100 Dollars and the crop at two hundred Dollars making in all nine hundred and eleven dollars and seventy five cents three fifths of which is five hundred and forty seven 05/100 Dollars minors portion The rent for the year 1874 is estimated as follows. The rent of wheat crop is estimated at one hundred and seventy one 60/100 dollars the corn crop two hundred and forty seven 50/100 Dollars. the oat crop one hundred and twenty dollars and peach crop three hundred dollars making in all eight hundred and thirty nine dollars and ten cents three fifths of which amounts to five hundred and three 46/100 Dollars minors portion We hereby certify that the within and aforegoing is a just and true annual valuation of the real estate of the minor children of Benj Hazell as made by the subscriber who being duly authorized and sworn to estimate the same according to the best of our abilities averaging for each year four hundred and eighty eight Dollars and fifty and one third cents Given from under our hands and seals this fifth day of June 1872 R. Wethered their Guardian we the Subscribers ^having^ qualified under said warrant and entered upon and viewed the said Real Estate do respectfully report to Your Honorable Court as follows viz No 1 A farm containing Three hundred and twenty & 83/100 acres (320 35/100) called Blays Range adjoining the lands of W.m Welch & John R. Lusby Esqr This tract is divided in Five fields and also a Peach orchard of about Four thousand trees 4 years old in full bearing and a Lawn of about Five acres ^& about 40 acres^ of wood land The improvements consist of a Brick two Story Dwelling house in good repair didided into three rooms & kitchen on 1st floor and three rooms on second floor A stable with four stalls carriage house |
