99 We the undersigned do certify that the foregoing is a true and just inventory and valuation of the Real Estate of Orlando F. Sutton late of Kent County deceased as fare as they have come to our Sight and Knowledge in the adjoining aggregate amounting to Fifteen Hundred dollars Witness our hands and seals. Jas P. Chrisfield (seal) The undersigned being appointed by the Hon Orphan's Court of Kent County to appraise the rental annual value of the real estate of George H. Hazell Joseph W. Hazell and Annie B. Hazell Minor children of the late Benj Hazell of Kent County aforesaid beg leave to report that having taken the necessary oath as will be seen by the annexed Commissioners did enter upon the said real estate and found a frame Dwelling House thereon 18 x 36 feet and in ordinary repair and a good kitchen 16 x 22 feet; Also a Granary with cribs 28 x 32 feet with wagon house attached in good repair. Stabling for ten horses in bad repair and one corn shed (about eighty feet long in ordinary repair. The meat house 15 x 16 feet in very bad repair. the Milk House 10 x 12 feet is good and the carriage House 12 x 10 feet is also in good repair: The whole of the real Estate of the late Benj Hazell contains about two hundred and seventy five acres two hundred of which is arable three fifths of said real estate belongs to the minors refered to Owing to the peculiar situation of the said real Estate and the circumstances attending the probably productions of each year the undersigned beg leave to report a separate rent for each of the years under the above Commission For the year 1872 there being no wheat crop to be estimated we have fixed the corn crop rent at five hundred and eighty dollars and the oat crop rent at ten dollars and the peach crop rent at one hundred dollars making in all for the current year six hundred and ninty dollars three fifths of which amounts to four hundred and fourteen dollars the minors potion. The rent for the year 1873 is estimated as follows. The rent of wheat crop is estimated at three hundred and seventy four 50/100 dollars. The corn crop |
