same day is given to the aforesaid Plft here also &c

                Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand seven hundred
and twenty Eight Came again as well the afd John Hendry as the afd Rachell Alexander by their attorneys afd and
whereupon the afd Rachel by her said attorney prayed further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court
and she hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Plft here also &c

                Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of march ann.o Dom One thousand seven
and twenty nine Came againe as well the afd John Hendry as the afd Rachell Alexander by their attrys
afd and ^whereupon^ the afd Rachel by her said attorney prayed further leave thereof to Imparle hereunto untill
the next Court and she hath it and ye same day is given to the afd Plft here also &.c

                         Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of August anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and twenty nine Came againe as well the afd John Hendry as the afd Rachell Alexander by their
attorneys afd and whereupon the afd Rachell by her said attorney prayed further leave thereof to
Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and she hath it and the same day is given to the afd Plft here
also &c
                              Att which said next Court to witt ninteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and twenty nine Came againe as well the afd John Hendry as the afd Rachell
Alexander by their attorneys afd and the afd John Prays that the afd rachell to hid declaration afd may
answer whereupon the afd Rachell hath two hours to her given by the court here to answer &.c  And
the said Rachell afterwards the same day solemnly Called to answer Cometh not nor the same attorney of
the afd rachell for the same Rachell nothing thereof says in bar or preclusion of the action afd of the
afd John Hendry by which the same John remaineth against the afd Rachell thereof undefended &.c

       Wherefore the Said John his damages by occasion of the premise against the said Rachel ought to recover &.c thereupon the Justices
       here according to act of assembly afd and the damages of ye same John beyond his Costs & Charges to forty two pounds four shill & five pence Curr mony &c

                   Therefore it is Considered that the afd John Hendrey Recover against the afd Rachell
Alexander admrx of the afd Henry Alexander dec.d his damages to forty two pounds four shillings &
five pence Curr.t mony of Maryland as also three hundred and Seventy Eight pounds of tobacco for his
Costs and Charges to the Same John Hendry at his request by the Court here of his assent adjudged of
the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Henry Alexander at the time of his death in the hands of
ye afd rachell remaining to be administred if so much in her hands she hath and if so much in her hands
she hath not then the Costs afd to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Rachell
and ye afd deft in mercy &c
