of september in the year eighteen hundred & forty five before the
Subscriber a justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in &
for the County aforesaid personally appears W.m O. Wilson he
being known to me to be the person who is named & described as
professing to be the party in the aforegoing deed or instrument
of writing & acknowledged the same to be his act & deed.  In Testimony
whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day & year aforesaid

Bill of sale from Andrew E. Dill
to Philip D. Sutton dated the
19.th day of September 1845
State of Maryland Anne Arundel
County to wit.  Know all men
by these presents that I Andrew
E. Dill of the State and County
aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty
nine & a half dollars current money to me in hand paid by Philip D
Sutton of the same County and State aforesaid at or before the ensealing
and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Andrew
E. Dill do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Philip D.
Sutton his Executors administrators and assigns one Milch Cow
and calf one cherry tree bedstead & Bed and furniture as pillows
bowlster sheets counterpanes & blankets also one low bedstead bed
and its apparatus belonging thereto one wash stand & one workstand
one Rocking chair one stove & apparatus cupboard ware one Dozen
common windsor Chairs Desk and Bureau and one yanky Clock
and all the kitchen furniture for cooking & washington Clothes and now
in my possession &s.  To Have and To Hold the said personal property
to the said Philip D. Sutton his Executors Administrators and assigns
forever and I the said Andrew E. Dill for myself my heirs Executors
and administrators the aforesaid personal property to the said
Philip D. Sutton his Executors administrators and assigns against
me the said Andrew E. Dill my executors and administrators and
against all and every person and persons whomsoever shall and
will warrant and forever defend by these presents.  Provided
nevertheless that in case I the said Andrew E. Dill shall pay and
satisfy the said Philip D. Sutton or to his Executors administrators
or assigns the sum of one hundred and sixty nine & a half with
interest due Dollars current money of the United States of America
with interest for the same on or before the 15.th day of November next
ensuing then this bill of sale and every matter and thing therein
contained or expressed shall be void and of none effect it being the
