consisting of tobacco corn oats potatoes and cabbage also all the right
title and interest of the said John Roads in and to me Bureau
six chairs one bed bedding and bedstead a lot of Harness one Horse
one Cow six hogs one plough and one harrow one horse cart forty cords of
pine wood six cords of Hickory wood and eight cords of oak wood
the pine wood now cut on the before mentioned farm and the
oak and hickory also now cut on the farm of George Wilson to
Have and To Hold the same unto the said Passmore Mcculloh
his executors administrators and assigns upon the condition nevertheless
that if the said John Roads his Executors or administrators
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Passmore
Mcculloh his Executors administrators or assigns the full sum of two
hundred and twenty dollars and fifty cents on or before the twenty
second day of November eighteen hundred and forty five that
then and in that case these presents and every matter and thing
therein contained shall cease determine and be utterly null and void
by reference to the said mortgage duly recorded in the Personal Deed Record
of said County Liber J. H N No 1 folios 47 & 48 may more fully and at
large appear.  Witnesseth that the said Passmore Mcculloh for and in
consideration of the above recited premises and also in consideration of
the sum of five dollars current money to him in hand paid by the
parties hereto of the second part before the sealing and delivery hereof
hath granted bargained sold and transferred and assigned and made
over and by these presents doth grant bargain sell assign and make
over to the said parties hereto of the second part their Executors and
administrators the said premises above described.  To Have and To Hold
the same to them their Executors administrators and assigns in as
full and as ample manner as the said Passmore Mcculloh his
executors administrators and assigns might hold and enjoy the
same by virtue of the mortgage deed aforesaid and not otherwise.  And I
the said Passmore Mcculloh in consideration of the above recited
premises have granted bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain and sell unto the parties hereto of the second part
their Executors administrators and assigns the following personal property
to wit one sorrel mare one mule one two horse cart two milch cows
one wardrobe one sideboard and one yellow Girl Nancy and all my crop
of tobacco &s growing upon the farm called the Half Way House
as also one Franklin Stove.  To Have and To Hold the above described
property to them the said parties hereto of the second part their
executors administrators and assigns to their and their only proper use
and behoof and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
