Whereas Lemuel G. Taylor
herein after mentioned by two
seperate deed one bearing date
the twenty sixth day of
February eighteen hundred
and fifty one & recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County in Lib J. H. N. No 5 folio &c &s the other bearing
date the 21.st day of March in the same year & recorded
among the land records aforesaid in Lib J. H. N. No 5 folio &c
did bargain and sell and convey to Andrew Flannigan
hereinafter named all and singular the property & estate of
him the said Lemuel G. Taylor wherever situate real personal
& mixed of which personal property the vessel or Steam Boat
hereinafter mentioned was part  In Trust to sell all said
property and to pay the proceeds of the sales thereof among
the creditors of said Lemuel G. Taylor in the manner directed
in the said deeds as by reference thereto will more fully appear
And whereas the said Andrew Flannagain in pursuance of
the power and authority given by him in the said deeds
did sell the said Steamboat called the Maryland to Moncure
Robinson for the sum of six thousand dollars one third thereof
to be paid in cash and the balance with interest in two
equal payments in six & twelve months from the twenty
fourth day of June last the day of said sale to be secured
by notes endorsed to the satisfaction of the said Trustees
And whereas the said Mocure Robinson has complied with
the said terms of sale.  And is has been advised that the said
Lemuel G. Taylor should join in the execution of this Instrument
of writing.  Now know all men by these presents that we
Andrew Flannagain Trustee as aforesaid & the said Lemuel
G. Taylor the former of Baltimore and the latter of Annapolis
Maryland for and in consideration of the premises and
of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid at the time
of the perfection of these presents by the said Moncure
Robinson of the City of Philadelphia in the State of
Pennsylvania the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold assigned transferred and set
over and by these presents do grant bargain sell assign
