transfer and set over unto the said Moncure Robinson.  All
that the said Steam Boat or vessel called the Maryland of
Annapolis together with all and singular her masts yards
sails rigging Anchors cables Boats tackle apparel and
appurtenances as she now is and is more particularly
described in a certificate of Enrolment granted her at the
Port of Annapolis in the following records "Enrolment"
          No 11         In conformity to an act of congress of the
            United States of America entitled an act for
            enrolling and licensing ships or vessels to be
            employed in the coasting trade and fisheries and
      for regulating the same" Lemuel G. Taylor of the City
      of Annapolis State of Maryland having taken or
   subscribed the oath required by the said act and having
sworn that he is a citizen of the United States sole owner
    (seal of the)                  of the ship or vessel called the Maryland of
    ( Treasury )                  Annapolis whereof Lemuel G. Taylor is at
    (of the United States)   present master and as he hath sworn
                                  is a citizen of the United States and that the
                                  said ship or vessel was built in Baltimore in
    (seal of the   )         the year 1819 as appears by an abstract of her
    (Collector of)         enrolment No 11 granted at this port the 19.th
    ( the port of )         day of March 1850 which said enrolment has
    (  Annapolis )         been lost destroyed or unintentionally mislaid
                                  and in lieu of which this enrolment has been
granted and from said abstract it appears that the said
ship or vessel has one deck and no mast and that her length
is 155 feet 6 inches and that she measures three hundred &
thirty six (336) Tons and 42/95 parts of a ton that she is a Steam
Boat and has no galleries and a womans head.  And the
said Lemuel G. Taylor having agreed to the description
and admeasurement above specified and sufficient
security having been given according to the said act the
said Steamer Maryland has been duly enrolled at the
Port of Annapolis
