whereas the said John A. Baldwin hath fully satisfied and
paid to her the said Eleanor Witwright, administratrix as
aforesaid, the above mentioned sum of money, and the interest
thereon, the said Eleanor Witwright, Administratrix as
aforesaid doth agree to execute this instrument of as a full
release of the above mentioned property.  Now This Indenture
witnesseth that the said Eleanor Witwright, Adminsitratrix
as aforesaid, for and in consideration of the payment of
the above mentioned sum of money and the interest thereon,
and for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five
cents, current money, to her in hand paid by the said
John A. Baldwin, the receipt whereof the said Eleanor Witwright
doth acknowledge and herself as administratrix
as aforesaid to be fully satisfied intended & paid, hath
and by these presents doth give, grant, bargain, sell, release,
enfeoff and confirm, unto him the said John A. Baldwin
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever
all the above mentioned property, to his and their only
proper use and behoof, and to and for no other use, intent,
or purpose whatsoever, In witness whereof the said Eleanor
Witwright, Administratrix as aforesaid hath hereunto set
her hand and affixed her seal the day and year first
hereinbefore written

Anne Arundel County, to wit:  I certify that the grantee
this day paid one dollar, being the duty chargeable by
Law on this Instrument of Writing, the receipt whereof
is hereon endorsed agreeably to the Act of Assembly of
December Session 1846, Chapter 61.  Given under my hand
this 19.th day of April 1851
