366 and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain and sell unto the said Daniel T. Hyde his heirs and assigns all the household and kitchen furniture now remaining and being in the House now occupied by the said James H Hyde as follows to wit one mahogany sideboard one dozen Landscape chairs one plain settee two dozen common chairs two imported carpets two high double post Bedsteads two high single post bedsteads five feather beds and furniture one mahogany Bureau three mahogany side tables one superior was stand three common washstands two pair of brass andirons two Brass fenders two pair of shovel and tongs one Gilt mantle glass one pier glass one pair astral lamps one dressing glass together with all and singular the kitchen furniture now remaining in said House To Have and to Hold the said Household and Kitchen furniture above mentioned and described unto the said Daniel T. Hyde his heirs and assigns forever in trust to and for the use intent and purposes that is to say in trust for the use of Mary Elizabeth Hyde daughter of the said James H Hyde of the City County and State aforesaid her heirs assigns forever and in case of the death of the said Mary Elizabeth Hyde without issue then in further trust to and for the use and behoof of Mary Ann Hyde wife of the said James H Hyde provided herein that if the said Mary Ann Hyde survives the said James H Hyde and marries again that in this event the Household and kitchen furniture herein conveyed is to demand to Richard H. Hyde the eldest son now living of the said James H Hyde his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal the day and year aforesaid Signed sealed and delivered in the Jas H Hyde (seal) presence of Owen M. Taylor State of Maryland Anne Arundel County & City of Annapolis to wit Be it remembered that on this nineteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine before the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the state County and City aforesaid personally appeared James H Hyde he being known to me to be the person who is named and described as and professing to be the party to the foregoing deed or indenture and doth acknowledge the said indenture or instrument of writing to be his act and deed In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal on the day above mentioned Acknowledged before Owen M.
