and being in a certain tenement in the said City of Annapolis now in the possession
and occupation of the said Simon Rosenthal      To Have and to Hold all and singular
the said goods household stuff and furniture above bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended so to be to the said Michael Rosenthal his executors administrators and
assigns forever:  And I the said Simon Rosenthal for myself my heirs executors and
administrators all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture and
other the premises unto the said Michael Rosenthall his executors administrators and
assigns against me the said Simon Rosenthal my executors and administrators and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff and furniture and other
the premises I the said Simon Rosenthal have put the said Michael Rosenthal in full possession
of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended to be so unto him the said Michael Rosenthal as aforesaid
          In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this 31st day of August
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sct.   On this thirty first day of August in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine before me the subscriber one
of the State of Maryland's Justices of the peace in and for said county personally appeared
Simon Rosenthal party grantor in the aforegoing instrument of writing and acknowledged
the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein named also at the same
time and place personally appeared Michael Rosenthal party grantee therein named
and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration
therein mentioned is true and bona fide as therein stated
                                  Acknowledged before            J. W. Hunter

Anne Arundel County to wit      I certify that Michael Rosenthal has this day paid
one dollar being the duty chargeable by law on this instrument of writing the
receipt whereof is herein endorsed agreeably to the act of assembly of December
session 1846 Chapter 61      Given under my hand this 18th day of September 1849

 This Indenture made this nineteenth day of September in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine between James
H Hyde of the City of Annapolis in Anne Arundel County and state
of Maryland of the one party and Daniel T Hyde of the City County
and state aforesaid of the other part.   Witnesseth that the said James H. Hyde for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars current money of the United States to him
in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained
