364 do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William B. Tyler his executors administrators or assigns the just and full sum of seven hundred dollars current money in said single bill specified and the legal interest thereon when the same shall become due or whenever thereafter the same shall be demanded by the holder of holders of said single bill without any deduction or abatement whatsoever then and from thenceforth these presents and every matter and thing therein contained shall cease and be utterly null and void anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding In witness whereof the said W.m C. Tyler hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first hereinbefore written Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of W.m C. Tyler (seal) Edward Dubois State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sct Be it remembered that on this twelfth day of September 1849 before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for Anne Arundle County personally appeared William C. Tyler and acknowledged the foregoing mortgage sale or instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the acts of assembly in such case made and provided Acknowledged before Edward Dubois Maryland Frederick County sct On this 13.th day of September 1849 before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County aforesaid personally appeared W.m B. Tyler Mortgage and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration mentioned in the foregoing indenture is true & bona fide as therein set forth sworn before A Campbell Maryland Frederick County sct I certify that A Campbell Esqr before whom the within affidavit of so doing a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in & for Frederick County duly commissioned & sworn (Seal's) In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand & affix the seal of Frederick (Place) County Court this 13th September 1849 ex & del.d Feby 15th 1851 Cost $1.00 paid
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Michael Rosenthal his executors administrators and assigns all the goods and chattels household stuff and furniture hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one Billiard table two setts of Billiards balls three dozen Queues six lamps five dozen chairs and four lamps stoves all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining |
