And whereas the consideration in the said last recited mortgage with
interest thereon to the day of the date of these presents amounting to the
sum of two hundred and eighty dollars current money hath been fully paid
and satisfied to the said Robert Welch of Ben by the said William A. Quynn
and John T. Quynn.  And it is the intention of the said John Quynn Robert
Welch of Ben and William Bryan as administrator de bonis non of the
said Lewis N. Sewell by these presents to convey all their right title and
interest respectively in and to the said negroes and other personal property
in the said two Deed of Mortgage mentioned and described and in and to the
increase aforesaid of the said two negro girls Henny and Nan or Nancy.  Now
this Indenture witnesseth that for and in consideration of the premises and
of the sum of five dollars current money to the said parties hereto of the first
part by the said parties of the second part in hand paid at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the
said John Quynn Robert Welch of Ben and William Bryan as administrator
de bonis non of the said Lewis N. Sewell have granted bargained
and sold assigned and transferred and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell assign and transfer all their right title and interest respectively
both at law and in equity in and to the said two negro girls Henny and
Nan or Nancy and their increase respectively aforesaid and the other personal
property and effects in the last recited deed of mortgage mentioned and
described to them the said William A. Quynn and John T. Quynn
their executors administrators and assigns.  To Have and To Hold all and
singular the said two negroes and their increase and other personal effects
and household stuff and furniture above bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be to the said William A. Quynn and John T. Quynn their
executors administrators and assigns forever.  And we the said John Quynn
Robert Welch of Ben and William Bryan as administrator de bonis non of
the said Lewis N. Sewell for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators
the said above conveyed personal property unto the said William A Quynn
and John T. Quynn their executors administrators and assigns against
any right title claim or demand by us the said John Quynn Robert Welch
of Ben and William Bryan administrator debonis non of Lewis N. Sewell
our executors and administrators and against the right tile and claim or
demand of and every person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents.  In Witness whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and
year first above written
