of money herein before mentioned with interest for the same on or before
the sixteenth day of June eighteen hundred and forty seven then and
in such case these presents and every matter and thing herein contained to ^shall cease determine and be utterly void to all intents and purpose anything herein contained^ to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstanding  And the
said party of the first part for herself her heirs Executors and administrators
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party
of the second part his heirs Executors administrators & assigns that she
will well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said party of the
second part the said several sums of money herein before named
with interest on or before the said sixteenth day of June in the year
eighteen hundred and forty seven  And the said party of the first
part for herself her heirs Executors and administrators all and
singular the said property by these presents granted bargained
and sold and every part thereof unto the said party of the second part
his Executors Administrators and assigns against her the said party
of the second part her Executors and administrators and against
all and every person or persons whatever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents.  In Witness whereof the said
party of the first part ^hath^ hereto set her name and affixed her seal
the day & year first herein before written

in presence of W.m Glover   Eliza Maynadier

       At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct.

Be it remembered that on this 17.th day of June 1846 Caroline
Nichols party grantor in the foregoing deed or Instrument of
writing personally appeared before me the Subscriber a Justice
of the peace of the State of Maryland for Anne Arundel County
and acknowledged the same to be her act and deed and the property
therein mentioned to be the right and estate of the within
named Henry Maynadier his heirs Executors administrators or
assigns according to the true intent and meaning thereof
and of the acts of Assembly in such case made & provided & I
further certify that the said Caroline Nichols is the identical
person named therein as grantor to my personal knowledge
