two hearth rugs one side board one cooking stove and implements one
brass fire sett one kitchen fire sett two bedsteads two feather beds one
mattrass one cot and bedding twelve pair of linen sheets six comforts
and quilts ten damask table clothes three table spreads one wash
stand twelve pair of pillow cases three sets of window curtains
five trunks and contents one set of China ware two sets of China
ware a lot of tin ware a lot of stone ware two casters a lot of glass ware
two floor mats kitchen furniture and utensils.  To Have and to hold
all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture and
other the premises is above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
so to be to the said James Sands his Executors administrators and assigns
forever and I the said Bela Dexter for myself my heirs executors
and administrators all and singular the said goods and other the
premises unto the said James Sands his Executors administrators
and assigns against me the said Bela Dexter my executors and administrators
and against all and every other other person or persons
whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these
presents.  In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my seal this 7.th day of May 1846

At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

             State of Maryland
                                           Anne Arundel County to wit

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this seventh
day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and forty six before me the subscriber a justice of the peace of the State
of Maryland in and for the County aforesaid personally appears
Bela Dexter he being known to me to be the person who is named
and described as a party to the aforegoing instrument of writing and
doth acknowledge the said Instrument of writing to be his act and
