Hutton of the said County and state of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars current money by the said Jonathan Hutton to the said John H Hutton in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which he doth hereby acknowledge the said John H. Hutton hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain and sell unto the said Jonathan Hutton the following property that is to say one dozen windsor chairs two Rocking chairs one ten plate stove one parlour Stove one Mahogany looking glass one dressing glass twelve pictures two carpets two beds two bedsteads one work stand one blind one bureau two glass lamps half dozen tumblers two fancy mugs and also one press two work benches one desk two sets of coachmaking Tools one Running gear of carriage and Body one set of small spokes McCulloh Brogdens bill of fifty dollars one side of Harness leather one side of Patent leather remants of covering hide one Paint stone half dozen Cufs Buckles and cartings one set of Harness makers and Trimmers Tools one Trimmers Bench one Harness makers Bench half a dozen Paint brushed Paint brush and cupboard one set of paint drawers one carriage stand one wheel bench one screw bench to share spokes carriage patterns one dozen papers of tacks one gross of schews one arm chair remnants of morocco one Box stove one piece of poplar plank two timmers birthing boards three tin varnish cans one block and takle two dusting Brushes. To To Have and to hold the above described property to and for the sole and seperate use of Mary Henrietta Hutton wife of the said John H. Hutton her executors administrators and assigns free clear and discharged from all claim and demand right authority or controul of the said John H. Hutton his Executors administrators or assigns and will the full power to the said Mary Henrietta Hutton her executors administrators or assigns to take and receive the rents and profits thereof and to dispose of said property by last will and testament otherwise as if he were a feme sole In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six Signed sealed and delivered John H.
