dollars current money to me in hand paid by William Kirby of State and County
aforesaid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I
the said James Larimore Junior do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said William Kirby
his Executors administrators and assigns fifty cords of Pine wood now cut down
and Corded on the farm which I bought of Dennis Claude Junior lying on Magothy
and severn rivers in said County and now in my possession the same to be hauled
by me to the landing at my own cost and expense for the said Kirby  To have and
To hold the said fifty cords of Pine wood above bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be to the said Kirby his Executors and administrators and assigns
for ever and I the said James Lawrence Junior for myself my heirs Executors
and administrators the said fifty cords of Pine wood unto the said William Kirby
his Executors administrators and assigns against me the said James Larimore
my Executors and administrators and against all and ever other person and
persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents
In Testimony whereof I the said James Larimore set my hand and seal this 28
day of June in the year Eighteen hundred and forty four

          On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       Anne Arundel County to wit:  On the 28 day of June in the year Eighteen hundred
and forty four personally appeared the within named James Larimore before me
the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of maryland for Anne Arundel
county aforesaid and acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his
act and deed

          Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin B Waring of Anne
Arundel County for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar Current money
to me in hand paid by Richard J Crabb of said County at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell
unto the said Richard J Crabb his Executors administrators and assigns two horses
three Cows three heifers thirteen hogs fourteen sheep all my farming stock and
utensils and household and kitchen furniture crop of Tobacco in the house and
crops now growing all which said personal property is now on the farm
