 Kow all men by these presents
that I Johnsy Llilley of Howard
county in the state of maryland
for   in consideration of
the sum of seventy dollars current
                    money to me in hand paid by Washington
                    Hamilton of Baltimore county in said state
                    at and before the sealing and delivery of
                    these presents the receipt whereof I the said
                    Johnsey Lilley do hereby acknowledge have
                    granted bargained and sold and by these presents
                    do grant bargain and sell unto the
                    said Washington Hammilton his executors
                    administrators and assigns all the goods
                    household implements ^and^ ferneture particular
                    mentioned expressed and contained
                    in the scudule hereunto annexed that
                    is to say one feather bed bedstead and bed
                    clothing one other bedstead and straw bed
                    seven chairs cane botton six windsor chairs three
                    stoves one clock one looking glass 2 stand 1 table
                    one safe and carpet and in the occupation of
                    the said Johnsey Lilley.  To Have and To Hold
                    all and singular the said goods household
                    stuff and firneture above bargained and sold
                    or mentioned and intended so to be to the said
                    Washington Hammilton his executors and
                    administrators and assigns forever and I the
                    said Johnsey Lilley for myself my heirs executors
                    and administrators all and singular the
                    said goods household stuff and ferneture
                    unto the said Washington Hammilton his
                    executors adminastrators and assigns against
                    me the said Johnsey Lilley my executors &
                    adminastrators and against all and every
                    other person or persons whatsoever shall
                    and will warrant and forever defend by
                    these presents of all and singular which
                    said goods household stuff and funture and
                    I the said Johnsey Lilley have put the said
                    Washington Hammilton in full possession
                    by delivering to him the said Washington
                    Hamilton one chair at the sealing and
                    delivery of these presents in the name of
                    the whole premises hereby bargained and
