263 bargained and sold unto the said party of the second part his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns against me the said party of the first part and against all and every person or persons whomsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend. Upon this Condition and provided always that if the said party of the first part shall well and truly pay his certain promissory note bearing even date herewith given to the said party of the second part for the sum of One Hundred and one Dollars with interest thereon from date till paid lawful money as aforesaid according to the tenor of said note then these presents shall become void and of now effect else to be and remain in full force and virtue in law. In witness whereof the party of the first part to these presents has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first within and above written.
