AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance to:

(1)     transfer certain functions from the Department of Environmental
Protection to the Department of Permitting Services;

(2)     delete a certain function from the Department of Health and Human
Services and establish the function as shared by the Department of
Environmental Protection and the Department of Permitting Services;

(3)     change certain references to the Department of Health to the Department
of Health and Human Services; and

(4)     make certain conforming, stylistic, and technical changes, and repeal
obsolete provisions and references.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision Regulations to:

(1)     transfer certain functions to the Department of Permitting Services; and

(2)     make conforming, technical and stylistic changes.

Regulations, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:
