AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- modifying the permitted land uses in the Central Business District Zones to
permit a limited exception to the "Local service only" restriction applied to
drycleaning and laundry establishments within the CBD-0.5 Zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-6          "Central Business District Zones"

Section 59-C-6.22 "Land Uses"

- eliminating the current time restrictions for filing of local map amendments.

property utilizing TDRs adjoins an institutional use.

Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
