By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-  clarifying the parking requirements for home occupations;

-  amending the definitions of commercial vehicle and recreational vehicle to more
closely correspond with the State of Maryland definitions;

-  deleting antiquated definitions of camping vehicle, trailer coach, compact size
motor vehicle, standard size motor vehicle and their associated references; and

-  modifying the land use sections to provide consistency in parking requirements.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

- creating a new low density rural cluster zone that can be applied only on
recommendation of a local area Master Plan.
