AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of
- allowing preschool and kindergarten educational programs as an accessory use.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-5           "INDUSTRIAL ZONES"

Section 59-C-5.2         "Land Uses"

. Section 59-C-5.21 "Allowable Uses"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- allowing bed and breakfast lodging with one or two guest rooms in an accessory
building designated as historic on the Master Plan for Historic Preservation.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- allowing any motor vehicle repair operation registered with the Office of
Consumer Affairs before October 25, 1994, to continue as a non-conforming use
subject to certain requirements.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-A-3          "BUILDING AND USE-AND-OCCUPANCY

PERMITS; REGISTRATION OF HOME
OCCUPATIONS AND HOME HEALTH
PRACTITIONER'S OFFICES"

Section 59-A-3.5         "Termination of Home Occupation"
