AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    adding three new transferable development rights zones to the multi-family
zones—R-30/TDR, R-20/TDR, R-10/TDR; and

-    making certain technical corrections to the TDR regulations in the one-family
residential zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
