AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- authorizing the Planning Board to impose fines for violations of Planning Board
Actions.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Regulation Amendments, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:
