(2)     establish a pick-up plan for mandatory employee contributions to the defined,
contribution plan;

(3)     authorize the Board of Investment Trustees to select the investment vehicles
in the defined contribution plan;

(4)     authorize certain transfer rights between the employees' retirement system
and the defined contribution plan;

(5)     establish certain disability benefits for participants in the defined contribution
plan;

(6)     establish a certain severance pay plan for participants in the defined
contribution plan; and

(7)     generally amend County law regarding employee benefits.
