AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Parole Town Center Growth Management Area

FOR the purpose of adopting the Parole Urban Design Concept Plan; amending the
Parole Town Center Growth Management Area title of the Zoning Article by
requiring that certain additional plats meet the requirements of the title; modifying
certain green area requirements; requiring all development to conform to the
Parole Urban Design Concept Plan; modifying the FAR and green area
requirements for site plan review; permitting variances under certain conditions;
eliminating informal Concept Plan approval as a requirement; requiring Concept
Plan approval before undertaking any development; amending the maps to include
additional areas in the periphery and the center; providing for the applicability of
this Ordinance; making technical corrections; and generally relating to the Parole
Town Center Growth Management Area.

BY repealing:

Article 28, § 15-104A(b) and (e)

Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY adding:

Article 24, § 1-102(5); and Article 28, §§ 1B-103(f) and (g); 11-102.1(e); and

15-104A(b), (e), and (f)
