AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Subdivisions - Security for Installation of Required Improvements

FOR the purpose of requiring a developer to provide payment security for installation of
required improvements; requiring that third party claims be in accordance with the
State Finance and Procurement Article of the State Code; requiring a developer to
certify that contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers have been paid before
payment security is released; making technical corrections; and generally relating to
security for installation of required improvements.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 26, § 3-313(a), (b), (c), and (d)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY adding:

Article 26, § 3-313(f)

Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

employees in the County's new managed care health benefits program.
