doth grant, bargain, and sell unto the said Hiram W. Woolford his
Executors administrators and assigns, all and singular the goods and
Chattels herein particularly discribed Mentioned and Expressed.  That
is to say one yoak of Oxen called Jack and Darby one white Horse
one mare called Pat Pony one Bay Cole.  To have and to hold all
and singular the goods chattels and property above mentioned unto
the said Hiram W. Woolford his Executors administrators and assigns
to his and their own use and behoof.  Provided allways and it is
declared to be the true intent and meaning of these presents
that if the said Isaac Baily shall well and truly pay or
and to be paid unto Hiram W. Woolford his Executors administrators
and assigns the full sum of thirty three dollars and
thirty five cents, current money with legal interest for the
same on or before the twenty fifth day of December Eighteen hundred
and fifty two.  Then and in such Case these presents and every
Matter and Thing herein Contained shall cease determine and be
utterly void to all intents and purposes any thing herein contained
to the contrary notwithstanding.  And the said Isaac Baily his Executors
administrators shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said Hiram W Woolford his Executors administrators
and assigns the said sum of thirty three dollars, and twenty five cents
Current Money together with interest for the same after the note
aforesaid at such time and after such manner as herein before set
fourth and agreed for the payment thereof.  In Witness whereof the
said Isaac Bayly has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and
year above written                                          his

State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit:  On this twenty fourth day
of December 1851 before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of
the State of Maryland in and for Dorchester County personally appeared
Isaac Bailey and acknowledged the aforegoing Mortgage Bill of Sale
to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning
of the same and according to acts of Assembly in such Case Made
and provided.  Also at the same time and place personally appeared
before me the said Justice of the peace Hiram W Woolford and
made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration
set fourth in the said Mortgage or Bill of Sale is true and
Bonafide as therein set fourth.      Acknowledged and Sworn before
