the said Josiah Carroll and William Hurst, their Executors,
Administrators or Assigns the full sum of Thirty dollars,
current money, with legal interest for the same, on or before
the first day of December in the year of Our Lord
Eighteen hundred & fifty one, then and in such case
these presents, and every matter & thing herein contained
shall cease, determine and be utterly void to all intents
and purposes, any thing herein contained to the contrary
thereof in any wise notwithstanding   And
the said Baynard White, for himself, his heirs,
Executors or Administrators, or some or one of them,
shall and will well & truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the said Josiah Carroll and William
Hurst, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns
the said sum of Thirty dollars, together with interest
for the same, at such time as the within recited premises
and condition herein mentioned and appointed
for the payment thereof   And the said Baynard
White, for himself, his Executors and Administrators,
all and singular the said property and stock of
Cattle, by these presents granted, bargained and sold,
and every part thereof, unto the said Josiah
Carroll & William Hurst, their Executors, Administrators
and Assigns, against him the said Baynard White,
his Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and against
all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall
and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
In Witness whereof the said
hath hereunto set his name and affixed his seal
the day and year within written                     his
Signed sealed & delivered in the      Baynard x White   (Seal)
presence of Charles Corkran                      mark

Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit:  On the twenty eighth
day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty one, personally appeared before me, a
Justice of the Peace in and for said county   Baynard
White, party Mortgagor, and Acknowledged the within and
aforegoing Mortgage Bill of sale to be his Act and deed,
according to the purport, true intent and meaning of
the same   And at the same time came before me
Josiah Carroll and William Hurst, party Mortgagee
