the receipt whereof I the said James Clash do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the
said Thomas F Eccleston his executors administrators and assigns all the horses
cattle sheep hogs house hold stuff implements and furniture hereinafter
particularly mentioned that is to say four horses two yoke oxen twelve head
other Cattle twelve sheep fifteen hogs two beds bedsteads and furniture one
cupboard and crockery ware two carts four plows two harrows & gear all
and singular which said goods and chattles are now remaining standing
and being on the premises and in a certain Messuage or tenement situate
near cambridge in the County and state aforesaid and now in the occupation
of the said James Clash  To have and to hold all and singular the said
Horses Cattle sheep hogs goods house hold stuff furniture Implements
and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
so to be to the said Thomas F Eccleston his executors administrators and
assigns forever and I the said James Clash for my self my heirs executors
& administrators all and singular the said Horses Cattle sheep hogs house
hold stuff implements & furniture and other the premises unto the said
Thomas F Eccleston his executors administrators and assigns against me the
said James Clash my executors administrators and assigns and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will
warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular
which said goods horses Cattle sheep hogs house hold stuff implements
and furniture and other the premises I the said James Clash have
put the said Thomas F Eccleston in full possession by delivering to him the
said Thomas F Eccleston one plow at the sealing and delivering of these
presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold
or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said Thomas F Eccleston
as aforesaid  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this eighteenth day of March 1843                 his

March 1843 before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County
appears James Clash and acknowledges the foregoing ^writing^ to be his act and

assembly in such case made and provided
