herein above alluded to and to his heirs and assigns as follows one gig &
harness one wheat fan one horse cart and harness one horse three mares
& two colts one yoke of oxen & ox cart sixteen shoats & pigs thirty
two bushells of wheat seeded on the White Hill farm (reserving however to
the sd Eccleston his intent in the same) fifty barrels of corn forty bushels
of oats fifteen hundred weight of pork five thousand weight of Blade
all the sd Phillips house and Kitchen furniture all his farming implements
all the coarse provender on the farm all which property was
left in the possession of Wesley Phillips and none of which property was
was in my profession  To have and to hold the said described property
so released and transfered to the sd Wesly Phillips his heirs and assigns
forever and I the sd Thos JH Eccleston agst me my heirs & assigns shall
and will warrant and forever defend the above mentioned and described
property to the sd Wesley Phillips his heirs and assigns  In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 17th of February
1843

State of Maryland Dorchester County To wit   On this the 17th day of
February 1843 before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County
appears Thomas JH Eccleston and acknowledges the foregoing writing to be
his act and according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act
of assembly in such case made and provided

Henry Phillips &        Be it remembered that the following bill of
Rhewben E Phillips    sale was recorded on the 17th Feb 1843 to wit
Ex.d      from             Know all men by these presents that Wesley
Wesley Phillips          Phillips of Dorchester County and state of
Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and
sixty five dollars current money to me in hand paid by Henry Phillips
& Reubin E Phillips of the county and state aforesaid at and before the
sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell unto the said Henry Phillips & Reubin E Phillips their
executors administrators and assigns one Gig and harness one bay horse
3 mares 2 colts one yoke oxen 13 head other cattel 60 barrels of
corn more or less 32 bushels wheat seeded on while hill farm 40
head hogs sows pigs & horses more or less 19 head sheep more or less
