and State aforesaid the justicess of which indebtedness
I the said Josiah Hooper do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents doth hereby
grant bargain and sell unto the said WVM Edmondson
his executors administrators and assigns all the goods
household stuff implements stock prorended & particularly
mentioned expressed and contained in the
schedule hereunto annexed that is to say One bay
Horse Two yoke oxen Two carts one wheat Fan one
Black cold four stacks Top Fodder one thousand
pounds Blades fodder Ten head Hoggs all and
singular which said goods and chattles are now
remaining and standing and being in a certain
messuge or tenement situate in the county and
state aforesaid and now in the occupancy of the
Said Josiah Hooper  To have and to hold all and singular
the premises above bargained and sold mentioned
or intended so to be to the said WVM Edmondson his
executors administrators and assigns forever and I
the said Josiah Hooper for myself my heirs executors or
administrators all and singular the said goods
and chattles and other the premises unto the said
WVM Edmondson his executors administrators and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend by
these presents of all and singular which said goods
and chattles and other the premises I the said Josiah
Hooper have put the said WVM Edmondson in full
possesion by delivering to him the said WVM Edmondson
one bay horse at the sealing and delivery of these
presents in the name of the whole premises hereby
bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be
unto him the said WVM Edmondson as aforesaid
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this 31st day of December 1842

Be it remembered that on this thirty first day of
