Thomas, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns all the goods,
house hold stuff, implements and furniture herein after particularly
mentioned that is to say one negro woman Sarah aged about forty
years one ditto Susan aged about twenty two years and one negro
Girl Sarah Jane aged about two years one Mare, and one Yoke
of Oxen, one Cow and yearling, four head of Sheep and twelve head of
Hogs, one Ox Cart, and one plough, Corn and wheat on the ground,
one set of Chairs, one Spining wheel and three Beds, Bedsteads and
furniture with other House hold and kitchen Furniture all and
singular which said negroes, goods and chattels are now remaining
standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in
neck district Dorchester County aforesaid and now in the possession
and occupation of the said Mary Thomas.  To have and to hold
all and singular the said Negroes, goods, house hold stuff & furniture
and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned & intended
so to be to the said William Thomas, his Executors, administrators
and Assigns forever      And I the said Mary Thomas for myself,
my heirs, executors and Administrators all and singular the said
negroes, goods, house hold stuff and furniture and other the premises
unto the said William Thomas, his Executors, administrators
and Assigns against me the said Mary Thomas, my Executors
and administrators and against all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever
defend by these presents of all and singular which said Negroes,
house hold stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said
Mary Thomas have put the said William Thomas in full possession
of by delivering to him the said William Thomas one Table spoon,
at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole
premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
to be so unto him the said William Thomas as aforesaid.   In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
the tenth day of July Anno Domini 1846.                her

Maryland Dorchester County, To wit:  on this tenth day of July before me
one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County appears Mary
Thomas and Acknowledges the foregoing instrument of writing to be
her Act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof
and the Act of Assembly in such case made & provided.
