AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    Adding the term "Automobile sales and service mall" as a defined term;

-    Adding Automobile sales and service mall as a permitted use in the C-3 Zone,
and amending the height standards.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-A-2.1                               "Definitions"

Section 59-C-4.2                               "Land uses"

Section 59-C-4.361                           "Building height"

-    amending the Transferable Development Right provisions allowing a higher
density; and

-    changing the conversion factor of TDRs for multi-family units.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-C-1.391                           "Applicability"

Section 59-C-1.395                           "Special Provisions for TDR Developments"
