AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    allowing a golf driving range in the R-90 zone by special exception under limited
circumstances.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-1                                   "Residential Zones, One-Family"

Section 59-C-1.31                             "Land Uses"

Division 59-G-2                              "Special Exceptions-Authority and Procedure

Section 59-G-2.24                            "Golf Driving Range"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    adjusting the penalties and violations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit fines to
be set at a certain level; and

-    amending the definition of "Director" to include an agent or designee.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-F-1.94                             "Penalty for violation"
